I tuned into "Ask Not" Tuesday night on my local PBS station. What a powerful film about the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy! It's a must see. The film did an eloquent job exposing the failures of DADT and the devastating human cost this policy has caused. Why don't the major networks air documentaries like this. Well, that's the topic of a whole different post.
Servicemembers Legal Defense Network had this to say -
As the documentary illustrates, the human cost of DADT has been profound. Just look at one of the most recent casualties of the law: Lt. Col. Victor Fehrenbach, the F-15E aviator who has served 18 distinguished years and is about to lose his pension and his career.
PBS provides a link where you can enter your zip code to check listings and air times in your area. Granted not all hearts and minds will ever be changed but every American should watch this film. Send the link out to all your friends and family and ask them to watch the film.
For anyone on the fence about DADT, PBS also provides an eye opening game of Who Would You Enlist? worth checking out.

I can't believe I missed it! I looked at the PBS schedule several days prior, and it was not there. I should know better; TV schedules change daily around here. Don't suppose there will be a rerun on WFYI?
