An unexpected honor

The good folks at the Indiana Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals have decided to give me the "Two Paws Up Award" for blogging about animal abuse. The award will be given during the group's annual honors meeting in Indianapolis on October 4.

If you'd like to buy a ticket to the brunch, you'll get to meet and greet PETA Vice President Bruce Friedrich and comedian Tony Stone will be there to entertain you.

The group will also be handing out the Sexiest Vegetarian, Hoosier of the Year, and Indiana Super Vets awards the same day.
